"The fees made a simple order confusing"
I signed up thinking the pricing would be straightforward, but then my bill showed up with all these extra little charges I hadn’t really noticed before. Delivery fee, bottle fee, random small fees, it turned what should’ve been simple into something I had to double-check every time.

It felt like the actual cost wasn’t clear until I was already using the service. I ended up canceling because I got tired of not knowing what I was really going to pay.

"Good water, but stock can be sooo hit or miss"
The water itself is good and tastes totally fine, so no real complaints there. The only thing that gets a little annoying is that some items are randomly out of stock when I go to order. Overall it’s okayyyy, I just wish they were more reliable about keeping things available.

I checked my bill after the refund came through, and everything matched up the way I expected. From my experience, that’s usually where issues can pop up, but this time there weren’t any problems.

"Saved me from a delivery headache"
I had a little issue with my delivery time and expected it to turn into a whole saga, but customer service got back to me super fast. They sorted it out without making a big production out of it, which was such a relief. Really appreciated not having to chase them all over the planet just to get an answer.

"Clunky account setup, but at least canceling was simple"
The account stuff felt way more clunky than it needed to be. I kept having to wait on pages and deal with little steps that made me feel like I was being forced to be patient for no good reason. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it could definitely be smoother. On the plus side, canceling was actually easy, which I appreciated.

"I’ve been happy with the water itself..."
I’ve been happy with the water itself, but my experience with the delivery has been inconsistent. Some weeks it arrives late, and a couple times it didn’t show up at all, so I had to keep checking in to see what was going on. It’s just been frustrating to not be able to count on it.

Just saw your truck outside and no one came to deliver water. we were supposed to have someone come on july 15th, but nobody did.

“Because probably the customer service agent was interested in collecting the money from your last deliveries rather than sending the driver to your house for the service you adquired. And i know because i work in here.”

I already received my delivery. i get a call tonight saying i'm going to get another delivery. cannot get into website to cancel, what do i do?
