"Delivery keeps getting cancelled"
Worst service ever. They keep telling me water will be delivered and it never arrives. My delivery has been cancelled 4x. Something is not right.

"$#*! customer service"
We were sold by a door saleswoman who lied about the water dispenser being free with a new deal they were doing & about the price of the water jugs. After we realized we were being overcharged every month, we decided to cancel because they refused to reimburse us. after canceling, we were not told there was a fee for the dispenser, which then resulted in multiple late fees. Now the fee is more than double than the original, & we have no choice but to pay it. Do not ever buy from this company. I see why they have lawsuits against them.

"Very unprofessional and unethical…"
Very unprofessional and unethical company. Cancelled our service back in January ‘23. They skipped the pick up and finally after constant follow ups on our end they picked up the equipment the next month to be able to continue to charge us which they continue to do today. They don’t track their pick ups so they can continue to charge despite multiple outreach on our end. And Customer Service is horrendous with run arounds, unresponsive and misinformation to continue their scam. Hopefully prospective customers read this and stay away from this company. They are horrible!!!!!!!! Absolute scum bags!!!!

"Good Last Year, AWFULLY UNRELIABLE in 2023!"
I've been using ReadyRefresh for two years. Last year, service was reliable, fast and cheap. This year, I've had three deliveries cancelled without advanced notice, and customer service is so difficult to coordinate with. I've gotten multiple notifications of products being delivered when they have not been. Because they're so unreliable, I am not able to leave out empty bottles for them to pick up and it's now piling up in my apartment.

"This company has some nerve!"
This company has some nerve!! After being a solid customer for so many years, I closed our account in January because we have moved. I spoke to someone and made sure we are paid up and she confirmed a zero balance. After a few days of closing, we removed our payment information being there’s no reason it should remain online with a closed account.

This company tried to charge my closed checking account AND when they didn’t succeed added a NSF fee because their fraudulent charge did not go through! Had a feeling after reading so many of these bad reviews that I will be one of their many victims.

Their past due notices were forwarded to my new house in NY and it has gone up to $80! I’ve emailed them and nobody has given me any explanation what the remaining charges were for except they kept repeating that it has collected NSF fees.

I say this company is dangerous and reckless; be very warned.

Each delivery costs $9.99 and each 5 gallon bottle is $12, which makes this an incredibly expensive way to hydrate.

"Price Gouging"
Price increases far outpace everyone else out there. Reliability of deliveries and pick-ups is significantly diminished, and the $50 reconditioning fee on the cooler is just penalizing customers who stopped their service. If I rent a rototiller, I don't have to pay a fee when I return it, any cleaning or refurbishing is factored into the rental cost. I will check into this fee further as I was just charged yesterday.

"Bait & Switch Pricing Strategies"
In the beginning everything was great including the price as well. Slowly the bills started to add up. I was on autopay and the last bill was over $90. I cancelled and asked them to pick up the water bottles and dispenser. 4 month after returning the bottles and dispenser I received a call from collections for $15. The explanation was that at the time of cancellation and pickup I had a balance from the paper invoice. I never new that they were charging a $3 paper invoice fee and therefore I continued to accrue $3 per month for Ready Refresh to mail a paper invoice even though I cancelled service in January (4 months ago). Make that make sense.

"Cowboys"
I have a contract for 3 bottles of water to be delivered every 3 months. Without fail, they try and deliver every 2 months. The last time they delivered, they only left me with 2 bottles. When I called to ask for the 3rd, they apologized but said I would have to pay for a delivery charge to drop off the 3rd bottle because of a minimum order condition.

"Wish I found this site earlier.."
Terrible, terrible- do not order from them. They no longer carry Deer Park and will just remove it from your delivery without notification.

"ReadyRefresh debited my account w/o authorization"
ReadyRefresh debited my account $80 5 days before my delivery without authorization. Then they tried to tell me I authorized it (I didn’t). They tried to tell me my account is debited early every month (it wasn’t; I have my account setup to notify me on my phone of every transaction).

"One of the sketchiest companies I've dealt with EVER"
We can start with the really confusing non-itemized receipts that don't match the price you originally thought you'd pay, the deliveries that forget to drop off everything you ordered, the orders that say they were delivered but there's nothing at your door, the coincidence that every time I manage to get someone on the phone the call drops, and the very confusing payments that I think come out two weeks after the delivery (this is only speculation as I still don't fully know after a year of this service). The one big thing I noticed was it'll advertise three 5 gallon jugs of water for roughly $18, that plus the delivery fee and a little bit of tip brings me to the $30 minimum they require for delivery. Only received one 5 gallon jug for a total of $35? I searched the email, the site, and another link I followed and could not find an itemized receipt for this transaction. And even though I've scheduled to pick up date for them to come collect the dispenser they still keep setting up delivery dates that I just keep skipping because I can't remove the primary card from the account and there's no way to cancel it online. I'm likely just going to have to get a new card.

"Surprised to see so many Bad Reviews"
I was very surprised to see mostly bad reviews. I decided to add their water delivery service in an attempt to cut back on plastic waste. With a house full of 4 adults, we go thru a lot of water and the bottles would fill our recycling can every week. Initially I had an issue with the hot/cold water dispenser I purchased, but I contacted customer service without any issues and they told me to leave it outside with my bottles and they would replace it with my next delivery. They did just that. I haven't had any delivery problems or cancelations of any kind over the 5-6 months I've been with them.
My one complaint is the delivery fee of $10/delivery, plus the required (implied) driver tip. I used this same water service 15 yrs ago and don't recall being charged a monthly delivery fee or being required to tip the driver. That adds an extra $15 - $20 per month to my bill making it over $100 for 4 - 5gal bottles, the monthly pmt on the dispenser and usually 1 case of sparkling water. It seems a bit steep to me. Not sure how long I'll be able to keep paying so much for water.

"Fraudulent company"
I had their delivery service. During that time they tried to charge for water they did not deliver several times. I had a rental dispenser and returned it when I decided to buy one. They took the dispenser and stopped the rental charge. A few months later they delivered a new one tgst I did not order or want.I had to call once again to have them come and get it. They took it but began charging me rent. After this I contacted them several times to get them to fix the issue. They would not stop charging me. I eventually had to cancel my debit card to stop them. I reported fraud to Chase bank and the agreed with me. I get calls and letters every week. I keep explaining and they say they will fix it but they do nothing. They are still adding charges and now threatening to go to collection. These guys are crooks, plain and simple. I suggest you stay away.unfortunately I had to leave one star. I'd rather leave -5.

Just saw your truck outside and no one came to deliver water. we were supposed to have someone come on july 15th, but nobody did.
